Umbilical hernia
Anyone have an umbilical hernia after pregnancy? Did you go for surgery? How was your recovery? I am big into working out and nervous how surgery will effect my ability to workout again (weight lifting)

Sorry you’re going through that, mama. I was born with one and had it operated when I was 4. During my recovery process, I remember not being able to keep food down and it really hindered my ability to walk. Good luck to you, sending you love and healing! 🤍
