I clean his mouth daily. he doesn’t have any issues but will the milk residue ever fully go away? it bothers me but idk why

My baby used to always have a white tongue but she hasnt for the last few months (she is 11 mos) do you give him water or any solids? Water might help
do you use an oral cleaner? like the stick with gauze end and you can dip it in water, then slide it across their tongue. it usually helps get rid of the milk residue instantly (unless it is thrush). 🩷🩷 hang in there mumma !
