Two new freckles on finger- normal?

Sorry not baby related but I have freckles all over my body but never notice new ones however these have just appeared and I’m quite anxious about skin cancer as I have so many moles. Is it normal for them to just appear like this, and I have checked it’s definitely not dirt🤣 Weird how there is two that have appeared aswell
