Keen to start a bit more of a consistent bed time routine with LO in new year, she’s currently 11 weeks and we’ve been putting her into her next to me around 10 after a bottle around 8 (refluxy baby so she’s upright after) and she will sleep through until anywhere between 3-7am. We find she’s growing increasingly fussy in the evenings though so want to bring bedtime forward a bit. What ages are you putting little ones down and does anyone have success with a dream feed from a bottle?

My LO is 9 weeks old and for the last couple of weeks we’ve been trying a routine that has worked wonders for us. His last bottle is usually between 7 and 8 and my husband does that and that usually makes him fall asleep. Before his bottle, we get him into his sleep sack and change his nappy. Then for half the bottle our room lamp is on so it’s a bit brighter so he drinks more (more awake) than at the sort of half way point we put out Momcozy nightlight on, which is red light, and we put some white noise on, so he knows it’s bedtime. Once he’s been fed, we keep him upright for about 10/15 mins to aid digestion and do one last nappy check and then we put him in his next to me whether he’s awake or asleep and he usually goes until about 4/5am and then wakes up for a feed and then goes back down until 7/8! Hope this helps!

My LO is 12 weeks and since around 9 weeks we have been putting him to bed at 7pm.
We do his last nap at 5-5:30 then we have a small low stimulation playtime for 30 mins then have a bath at 6pm for 20 mins, baby massage for 10 and put into pjs. we then have a bottle usually takes him anywhere from 15/20 mins to finish and he gets very sleepy. Then I cuddle him whilst reading a story so he falls asleep and pop him in the next to me by 7/7:10 latest.
He usually sleeps until around 2/3am has a dream feed. I start to do bottle when I hear him stiring rather than waiting for him to cry as that usually takes longer to get him back off. He will basically dream feed 4oz and we burp (check nappy) and he goes back down until 7-7:30 ish
We used to do bedtime at 8 but actually found it made him wake more in the night. So if your schedule allows I would 100% try to bring it forward.

My lb has naturally started going to bed earlier. I used to just do whatever feed fell at 8/9 ish upstairs in the dark after a bath and it naturally got earlier and earlier. Now if he stays up much past 7 he's groggy. Tends to have bottle at 7 then again about 3 then sleep till 7am x
