Back pain

I had a c section 3 months ago and haven’t suffered with back pain since until 2 days ago and the pains excruciating I’m struggling to get out of bed and walk has anybody else had this?

I have had three c sections and yes definitely, after my last c section which was 7 months ago I can’t sit on the floor or sit a certain way without it hurting 😞

Did it take more than one attempt to get the spinal block in? It can cause extreme back pain ❤️

I am 2 years PP and always had a bad back but lately the pain has ramped up! My little one is of course heavier and I could be more active so I put it down to that! It’s like a dull ache!
