Illnesses in reception

Has anyone’s else’s 4 or 5 year old got this horrible flu? My little girl has had a fever on and off for over a week now alongside an awful cough, it’s a bad one 😞 been to the doctors and they aren’t worried. So tired of it. She has had so many illnesses since November as well, just want a break and for her to be well 😢

My little boy has just got over this, it was awful over the Christmas he could not be bothered with anything he had a cough and a blocked nose at night, he was really upset about it x

Yes! We have all had it since Boxing Day !! It's awful! I feel your pain xx

It went around my son's class and he was unwell for 5-6 days. He only had one day off school, but insisted on going in because he wanted to be in his Christmas performance.
