Guyssssss, whats happening at this age? Like wtf?!
Just been for a shopping trip and he kept running off and then thinking its a game when we get him. He literally ran out of sight and there was so many people around. He went straight in his pram when i eventually caught him and he didnt come back out after no matter how much he protested. How can I stop this? He used to happily walk by us holding our hands but if refusing now and just running riot. Help please 🙏

No idea but I’m right there with you! I’m finding this age extremely intense. We had a similar experience in a shop the other day and had a different experience going around Tesco earlier today he was either shouting and making noises, asking question after question, asking “whhhhy?” to every answer, “pardon?” when I answered that, asking for multiple things all at once, changing his mind 100x and having a meltdown when I give him the thing he asked for 🙃 I’m 22 weeks pregnant as well and exhausted. I realise he’s inquisitive but my goodness, my patience is thin.

Right there with you! I just had my second baby so thought maybe it was related to being pregnant/having the baby but I think its both that but just his age too.
I really hope its just a phase. He gets into moods where he just won't listen and runs off laughing - he did it while I was pregnant and couldn't run after him. Dreading him doing it while I have bubs!
He's also full on having tantrums over nothing
And same as the lady above, questioning everythingggg.
He has also struggled with independent play during pregnancy and since baby has been born. He's always asking me to do it and/or be involved which is difficult when heavily pregnant or with a newborn 🫠

Thank you. It does! Just knowing there is a point in site when things will improve! 🙏🤞
I need to get used to baby wearing again. I know it will help!

Omg! My infant is wild!
He throws tantrums, runs in to people with his head, doesn’t want to get dressed, put his coat on, put clothes on, sit at the dinner table… anything I try and get him to do he kicks off. He’s my 3rd and I’ve since had a 4th, only 6 weeks old but 2.5 year old is definitely the most difficult to handle 🙈

My only solution is to only take my child to child friendly places (eg the park) or she acts completely unhinged and it’s so tiring and embarrassing. If you get the hang of this let me know lol
