Matalan Return Without Receipt
Hey girls, does anyone know if Matalan accepts returns without the receipt? My partners nan got my LG lots of dresses for christmas but we find them super impractical as they rise every time we pick her up!
His nan already gave permission to change any clothes we don’t like so they don’t go to waste but she didn’t give us any gift receipts.
She has also separated the tights from the dress, do you think matalan will accept the return? Looking to exchange for something else or gift voucher to use on my LG later.
We don’t have a Matalan near us, so don’t want to make a 45 min journey to not be able to get anywhere with it🫣

No they wont, we took a top back with tags still on, just to exchange like for like & they refused. Over xmas they changed their policy, no receipt no exchange/refund x
No they have to have the receipt and all tags and original packaging intact so if she’s removed tights that were tagged to dresses they wouldn’t necessarily take them back anyway. You could always list them on Vinted as new and get something else that way, otherwise ask her if she still has the receipt
