Hello all, looking for some advice! I’m going to centre parcs with my in laws and I will be 6 weeks pregnant. They have paid for me to go to the spa with everyone but I don’t want to use the saunas/ hot tubs because of the risk of overheating! I’m also doing ‘dry January’ 😅. I don’t want it to be super obvious. Does anyone have any good excuses for not using the saunas? Could I nip in and out quickly and say oft too hot for me! I feel like it’s going to give the game away so quickly haha!

I found that I genuinely couldn't handle the heat when I was pregnant so just be careful and follow your body's guide. The center parcs spa near us has lots of resting rooms so you could always use them alongside your 'its too hot' vibe.
I actually never felt hot during my pregnancy with my first baby. I’m a really cold person and I kept waiting for feeling too hot and it never came haha! I love really hot showers and baths but obviously didn’t risk them when I was pregnant and I hated that I couldn’t have them to heat up! Really grudged my tepid showers 😅
Anyway, I’ve just decided to say that I’ve had an ear infection and it’s been making me dizzy, so I’m not feeling up to it. I’ve checked and they do refunds for bookings anyway, so that’s good!
