Acemannan and betalains
Hi guys ! My son has been having eczema for a long time now , and steroids work on and off . He’s currently on topical immunomodulator along with moderate steroid.
I was reading about these acemannan and betalains supplements. I’m very desperate! If anyone has used it can you please shed some light ?

I've seen good things for acemannan, but it is incredibly expensive, so it's not something we've been able to do. Hopefully someone else will have some helpful info on it 🤞
Also seen great things about acemannan and have bought aloe Vera supplements and started them. Acemannan is a derivative from the aloe plant so although not the same it’s the best I can do given acemannan is so expensive like Louise says!
