Dad and son not bonding
My 19 month old boy doesn’t like his dad very much, he’s extremely attached to me but also my dad. I don’t know how to make them bond more? I know my boyfriend is always glued to his phone or video games but even when he tries pick him up for a little bit he just runs to my arms

Kids bond through games and playing with them
They crave eye contact too, the phone addiction might be ruining their bond
My son is the same age and dad is the same with the phone addiction but they have an amazing bond . You can’t force him to have a relationship, dad needs to step it up .
My son is the same age and his dad acts the same way. My son loves to play with him, get tickled, etc. but will come to me for EVERYTHING that he needs. If you have a way to motivate a man to take more interest in his kids then his phone, lmk. It's definitely on him, but it sucks to see it happening
