My LG is 4 she wears nickers during the day and pull ups for bed i want to start putting nickers on her for bed to how do you mums keep them to stay dry or proct the bedding in case?

Being dry at night is linked to an hormone, so if your daughter is still wet at night, she might still not producing the hormone.
Tbh I’d avoid giving her too much liquid before bed and ensure she has a pee before sleeping. If that’s not enough for keeping her dry, I’d just wait for the hormone to kick in, our sleep has been so shitty in these years that I refuse to waking her up to go to the toilet.
Personally never really potty trained at night. We always take the kids to the bathroom before bed and once they were waking up dry pretty consistently we just stopped putting the diapers/pull ups on.
We do have waterproof covers and extra bedding for each kid though in case of accidents
