Hi! My understanding is hysterectomy does not necessarily cure things, so any hesitations avoid it and get 3-4 different opinions. Google Nancy’s Nook and start reading their resources(it’s a self education resource for endo), they also have a directory of surgeons that are fantastic and specialised in endo. I had my surgery with one of their surgeons in the UK (the list is global) and he did an amazing job(Had a 5h surgery in 2021 and still haven’t come back full), also look into manage with anti-inflammatory diet (no processed food, sugar, alcohol etc etc). Best of luck 🫶

A hysterectomy isn't a simple fix, it's up to you and you could go for it and it could help you but endometriosis can create their own estrogen which means in the long run it wouldn't benefit you, I just watched a tiktok of this woman saying she did it and she went absolutely crazy due to the hormone drop, is there a chance of you changing something so your body can keep hormone levels stable such as dietry changes

Hysterectomy doesnt eliminate endo. I know this isnt for everyone... and I hope this is received well.. but I used to have endometriosis and I was able to support healing by following an anti inflammatory diet and I also began practicing fasting and long fasting. I dont have endometriosis anymore (without the help of meds/surgery)
