First period PP

Stage 4 endo and am extremely lucky to have had my little girl 7 and a half weeks ago,started my first PP period tonight,in awful pain🤦🏼‍♀️wondering if anyone has had easier periods PP with endo?

Same. Third baby and I’m breastfeeding so he’s 9 months and only just got my period back but it was horrific. It’s been 7 days of bleeding so far, about 4 of which have been insanely heavy and incredibly painful. If anything pp my periods got worse. Done now so having a Mirena put back in next week. Only thing that’s ever helped me really.
