Teething

Hi I’m a first time mam to 5 month old twin girls we are currently starting teething, has anyone got any tips/help or advice for me I feel like nothing is helping her. She won’t settle and as she’s so upset she’s struggling to nap so she’s also getting over tired what isn’t helping.

Just keep giving calpol and ibuprofen interchangeably every two hours. Put bonjela on a dummy or teething granules on a dummy. Get some of those dummies you can put in the freezer too!
