Aspirin during pregnancy

Hi everyone.
I’ve just been told to take a 150mg aspirin daily to help prevent pre-eclampsia due to having hashimotos.

Has anyone else been told this?

I’m on my 3rd pregnancy and never was told to take aspirin on the previous 2!

TIA :)

I have been told to take the same, but never told it was for that, just to reduce blood clot risks due to age. But quick Google says that this is pretty standard treatment for preterm pre-eclampsia prevention. All the best x

I have hashiomotos and was also told to take it. For me, taking it was also to prevent a repeat miscarriage or preeclampsia. I took it my whole pregnancy from 12 weeks and had no issues.
