Cons to what you guys are taking I would like to lose 100 lbs

Taking GLP two I’ve done also number one. I feel like they’re similar, but of course different. For myself I’m just very resistant to losing weight on them as some are very easily able to. I’m probably gonna AOD peptide to the mix to help with fat loss. And the works with conversation with my nurse practitioner.

Hey girlie! I’m on a GLP-1 and I’ve been loving it. I started it when I was at my highest weight, and my doctor recommended combining it with diet and exercise. So far, I’ve lost 41 pounds. I don’t really have a goal number—I just want to get out of the 200s and feel better about my health.
Have you done any research on the meditation?

I'm taking trulicity. Been on it a month and I lost 5 lbs. It makes me not hungry which I don't like. I take it never my body is taking what I eat and storing it as fat instead of using it as energy. I'm about 25 lbs overweight and I used to have almost no energy and it has given me enough energy and overall I like it. I really never ate a lot but I do get sugar cravings always had those. But other than that I eat healthy, whole foods. Not processed crap and no chips or pop. Maybe two desserts a week, nothing big. I've always ate this way but I have found it impossible to lose weight I am 5'2 165 was 170. My goal is to get down to 145-150.

I love sugar too and I only eat meat a few times a week and I'm going through perimenopause too.
