hey everyone!
so just wondering what everyone’s views are. i have a little girl who’s 2 in april, and i’ve been with my partner for just over a year now. her relationship with bio dad is non existent due (TRIGGER WARNING) to DV in our relationship.
she has started to call my partner ‘dad’ and ‘daddy’. she is very forward and talks so much for her age, and it is just something she’s picked up through TV, books & seeing other children with their families.
do i correct her on this? or would you let her carry on?
what is everyone’s opinions pleaaaase x

I've been with my partner just over 3 years. Together we have a 1 year old and he has a 7 year old from a previous relationship. The 7 year old started calling me "mum" and "her nice mum" I instantly correct her every time. I'm not her mum I'm her step mum xx

I think that’s up to you. We are looking from an outside perspective and I think that’s completely up to you your the mom
