Aptamil anti reflux milk!?

As everyone is aware of the recall of the multiple powder milks like cow & gate, aptamil and SMA due to the toxins found in them. I just wanted to know if anyone who’s little one is on the aptamil anti reflux milk is having any tummy issues and vomiting, I am aware that the anti reflux milk can cause constipation but my little boy (5months) has been absolutely fine on this milk up until recently, he’s been in severe pain when going and refusing his milks and throwing it up (he does have reflux but has been fine on this milk up until recently) I just wanted to know if anyone else’s little one who is on this milk has started having tummy problems as it’s a worrying time with the constant announcement of recall of formulas!!

I fear kendamil are going to struggle to keep up with the demand, it’s hard to get it at best of times 😥😥

So I would definitely make an appointment with the GP. My son is on aptimil pepti 1 due to his reflux but all of last week was squirming and tensing and jerking like he had tummy pains. Wind was awful and he was projectile vomiting once a day. Doctor is looking to see if he has been effected.

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
