Hi I’m just looking for advice I’ve just hit my 3rd trimester yesterday and I’m now 28 weeks, when it comes to movement I feel her strongly on an evening and in the bath but this may just be like 4/5 kicks then I feel nothing again until the next day is this all okay? It’s my first pregnancy so I’m unsure what’s what!

I’m really similar. I can go hours without anything and then suddenly I feel strong kicks. At this point I feel like I’m not going to get into a specific movement routine which is what’s expected by now as every day is different! X

As long as that’s normal for you. Babies rest and sleep too!
I’m nearly 31 weeks now and still have days where he’s super active and days where I feel barely anything. Some days I feel strong kicks other days it’s just gentle taps.
Do you know where your placenta is? Anterior placentas make movement much harder to feel in my experience.
I wouldn’t buy too much into the patterns etc.. I know I do things at different times every day so I don’t expect my baby to kick at 7pm on the dot 😊 as long as baby is moving and it feels normal for you you’re fine x

My little lady (27 weeks) appears to enjoy facing inwards a lot so I've started to get used to the sensation of more internal movement and pressure ... it's very odd but then when I feel her roll and kick it's lovely.
I did go to triage on Saturday because she had an extended lie in. Even when I was hooked up to the moniter it was picking up more movement than I was and then she was really going for it on the scan playing with her feet and had hiccups.
They're just in there living their best lives at the moment!

I am also 27 weeks and very similar she’s definitely in there but very minimal compared to a lot of my friends. This thread is really reassuring. I have an anterior placenta.

My son was a lazy baby unless he moved when I slept i worried and went in for less movements because I went in 3 times in last semester they booked me in to started me off this time I am due with a little lady and at times she worries me but she moves a lot more than my son did xx

My last pregnancy was the same i only ever felt him first thing in the morning and last thing at night, as long as the kicks follow a pattern its fine but if the pattern changes (don’t feel the evening kicks or suddenly going crazy all day) then definitely go to triage x
