I had a positive birth experience in that I wanted to go in to hospital, be there for as short a time as possible, have no pain relief, as little intervention as possible and leave as quickly as possible with a healthy baby. But I would absolutely not use any of those words 😂 I got it done, that’s all.
Definitely relaxed. Supported. I had a lot of support from my family and care team. And pride. They loved her so much right away and it warmed my heart seeing my family bond with her. 🥰
