Hi all so my three month old has always had an issue with eczema and while we can get the eczema on her body to go away for a little bit this one on her chin does not seem to go away. I’m not entirely sure if it even is eczema. I think it is cause it flared up around the same time the eczema started. I obviously don’t want to use like a hydrocortisone or any sort of like harsh medicine on it cause it’s so close to her mouth. I don’t want her to end up putting it in her mouth. But I’m not sure how to get rid of it. Any advice would be great

I’m not sure if this will help but it helped my baby’s really dry skin on her face. It’s earth mama organic baby face. I put it on her face after her bath.

I use aveno baby mixed with a little bit of breastmilk

Might also be worth seeing a dermatologist for it to see what they recommend? My girl has really bad psoriasis and literally nothing would get rid of it so we were forced to see a specialist

All-over-body baby cream helped my boy. Trying to remember the name of the brand. It has a little sheep on it

I use Tubby Todd all over ointment on my baby’s skin! It works wonders. It’s a little pricey, but a tiny bit goes a long way.

Zinc cream for a few days and then a 100% natural balm like tubby Todd or the green people or drought secret
Update it was a scab and it fell off on its own I’ve been using Aquaphor on it for now
