I have a newborn, 1 week old, she falls asleep on the breast after 6 minutes of feeding so currently I’m topping up with formula and pumping but I only get 10ml after 15 minutes of pumping on each breast. I wake her every 3 hours, let her take the breast (6 min she stops) then I top up with formula and then after that I pump. Any advice on how I can increase milk supply? Is it even possible to pump 60ml if you do 15 min each breast?

You're only 1 week in, you're doing so well. The more you feed the more your supply will come in. Your breasts are just regulating. My little boy was a bit lazy & the best advice I was given was to undress him down to his nappy for feeds. Lots of skin to skin, tickle feet/ rub their jaw/ back or something to stimulate them. Keep switching breasts. Keep latching as those hormones will make your supply increase - pumping won't do this as much.
Honestly, get your health visitor/ infant feeding team to come out to you. They will really help and advise you.
