Does anybody else dream and then wake up convinced their baby is in bed and trapped under covers (when asleep in next to me)
We’ve had a few nights disturbed where I’ve had to hold her in bed and I’m fighting sleep.
But when she is asleep safely in her next to me I wake up convinced likes of our hot water bottle is her and it takes me several minutes to realise / I need to physically check next to me to convince myself it’s okay.

I done this alot with my first baby, convinced myself she was under the duvet and panicked and had to keep checking
One time I knew she was safe in the living room with her dad but my head still told me shes trapped and I started pulling all the covers off
Mine was caused by sleep deprivation and some anxiety
If you're concerned by it then speak to your doctor :)
I was offered tablets to help
