Thinking about 2nd elective c section…

Anyone else thinking of having there second elective c section? Currently 29 +1 and had a elective c section with 1st baby due to polyhydramnios and estimated weight of 10lb 4 so I know Iv got the choice of what labour to have but just wondering if anyone else is thinking of having another elective c section instead of trying for a natural and it ending up in a emergency one

I’m booked in for a c section.

I had my first under similar circumstances, I’m trying to keep an open mind about it all. I think this one is also going to be big so leaning towards c section, I like the idea of knowing when she’ll come so I can arrange childcare for my son. But I’m concerned I’ll feel like I’m missing out not experiencing labour.

I’m also from Worcester by the way! So hi!!!

Yes I had a planned c section with my 1st and going to do the same with my 2nd 😊 luckily I had a really good experience with my 1st one so hoping I have a similar experience this time ❤️

Is recovery long for c sec?

I'm worried about not being able to pick my baby up and if I won't be able to move about after?

Bright yellow

I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant tomorrow and when I’m going for a wee I’m wiping and it’s bright yellow, I’ve got no irritation or smell is this common?

C-section hospital bag question..

Never had a section before always gone straight home after birth.

How many pairs of underwear should I be packing? Is 3 pairs enough?

Also is there anything else you'd recommend if I have to stay in?

Ovulation Pain

So for the last few days I've had horrific symptoms. Cramps that are honestly like labour pains, dull ache in lower back, reflux, extreme bloating, fatigue, anxiety and a bit gassy/ digestive discomfort. I'm at the point in my cycle now where I'd likely be ovulating. Anyone else experience similar? I'm almost 10 months postpartum and I've had 1 period so far. Still EBF.

Mucus

My 6 month old baby is struggling with mucus. He isn't particularly unwell just congested in throat and nose which is making him cough. Sometimes he gets to the point where h is choking on the mucus and then ends up vomiting, which releaves some of the mucus.
I have tried nasal spray but it just makes him so upset. What other successful ways have you got rid of mucus?
