Do easyJet & Ryanair allow you to take a bag for yourself & then a changing bag separately?

When I travelled with Ryanair last week they allowed a small bag for my baby (9 months old)

Yes and you can also put 2 baby items in the hold for free

Yep, we took our changing back plus our own bags with EasyJet last month.
