Need suggestions for postpartum Panties. 🌷

I used the maternity undies that I got while pregnant since they were really comfortable. And I also used the undies they provided in the hospital. They're kind of like boy shorts, very stretchy, come in a pack of 5. I just kept asking for them so I had some to take home with me. They're definitely a disposable undie but you could hand wash and reuse them.

I asked for a bunch of the disposable underwear to take home from the hospital after I had my son. It turned out to be a very good choice for me, I had everything I needed and didn't need to buy extra underwear. I wore those for about a week.

Period undies for me. I already had them. And much more comfier than disposables. I chuck them in the shower and stomp on them while the water is running over them by the time my shower is done they run clear and I squeeze and add to the wash basket.

I went on Reddit last time I needed panties (I gained a lot of weight over the past couple years) and I came up with this brand from target they’re called auden they’re high waisted and for plus size. I have no complaints side note…I had not used them for post partum but I have heavy periods sometimes and I have to wear two pads sometimes and it works great no issues

RN here! I know too much about adult briefs (aka adult diapers/depends). I used depends disposable undies in the early postpartum days, like first week, but there were so many times I ended up putting a Frida ice pack pad in it and highly recommend those in addition to their witch hazel numbing foam! After the first week, I switched to normal undies and super long pads with wings. How many you need is really hard to gauge. I’d order one pack of depends and a pack of Amazon extra long overnight pads with wings and then get 2 day shipping on more if you need them.
