Last cat nap!
My 7 month old refuses her last nap of the day around 4.30 which means she wants to sleep earlier. This evening she is asleep at 6.10.
Anyone else?
She will also still wake up a few times in the night, the last two night have been terrible where she wakes up to play at 3am!

Same! Mine just turned 7 months last week and its sooo hard to get him to fall asleep for naps/bedtime even though his clearly tired. Some nights he can't fall asleep until 8 or 9pm and then up multiple times during the night...
Same :) my child has currently slept 15 minutes today and has been taking 1-2 hours During his first wakeup to go back to sleep
I just posted about this lol my daughter is like the energizer bunny all day all happy and playful, fights every nap and naps only 30 minutes. I start her bedtime routine at 5:45 and she’s usually asleep by 6:30, last night was the first night she didn’t fully wake (only dream feeds) and need me to pace/ rock her back to sleep. Some nights I have to pace with her and then when she falls asleep I have to sleep upright/ reclined with her in my arms or she’ll wake up instantly
Do you feed her before or after her nap? I was having the same issue and then started topping her off before naps and that seemed to do the trick. Idk maybe this would work for you!
