Just been diagnosed with mommy thumb, told me to do some exercises and try not to put much pressure on it, thing is its in my right hand. Anyone has experience in this?

Ah so sorry about that! I have it for maybe 4 months now. Try to pick your baby without using the thumb. Like a penguin. It helps a lot. My Physio gave me some gentle holds to start with and then weights later, but I overdid it recently so I am back to holds.

Yep I had after my first baby- plus one re physio exercises and kinesiology tape- helped me as had it on both wrists, - a friend of mine did acupuncture too
