My 14 week old had her second jab today and has been crying since 3pm after her jab. We have a moment of 5-10 mins where she dozes off but then screams the house done. We've given her calpol as advised but no temperature. Please tell me this gets better!

Promise it does! Our little boy was the same. Think it’s stomach cramps. Just keep up with the calpol and maybe do it on the fourth hour instead of sixth? X

Keep checking temperature and like Natasha said maybe do 4 hourly calpol for first 24 hrs. It does settle after a couple of days. It’s the live one that makes them feel poorly 😢 xx
Thank you both. I've just given another dose of calpol after 4 hours. Hoping she finally goes to sleep after her next feed. I also have a poorly husband and 3 year old 😭😭😭

Oh no :( we’ve got ours next week 😬 how are they now?
She's doing alot better today! Almost back to her usual self! Phew! I thought it might last alot longer. She hasn't spiked a temperature, which is great. Will see if we can go without the calpol this evening.

This exact thing has happened to me & my little boy today!
His constant crying got so bad he couldn’t catch his breath, I was so so worried. He feels warm to touch but thermometer says he’s ok 🤷🏼♀️.
He had the rotavirus 3 times as he kept spitting it out so no wonder he’s been so unsettled if that’s the one that makes them feel poorly.
Hope your LO is back to their usual self! X
