Anyone else?

I always hear that around 3 months, babies start eating more often. For the past few days, I’ve noticed that my baby is doing the opposite, she’s eating less and less frequently. Is anyone else experiencing this?

She could be starting to get her teeth. Check her gums to see if they’re harder than usual. Also she’ll be fine as long as she’s not sick or dropping weight. Ruling out those factors, sometimes babies go through those changes. How old is your baby now? She may just be going through growth changes

My baby did this right before her growth spurt. She had a few days of less feeding, and now we are back to feeding every 2 hours day and night 😅

At 3 months, they are so much more interested in the world around them since they are starting to be able to observe a room.

My 3 month old baby is one that normally feeds every 1-2.5 hours (often around the 1.5 hour mark) and had a few days where she ate much shorter durations and stretched to 3ish hours which is unusual for her but then switches to cluster feeding for a few days. Seems to just be a normal part of development for things to fluctuate a lot at this age- especially as they become more aware of everything around them.
