Struggling to feed

Hi mums.
Our twin boys are 15 weeks old and have been compination feeding since birth with aptamil advanced.
It's been some days now that one of them seems uncomfortable when we give him the bottle. He takes a few sips, then chews the teat, then drinks again and all in repeat and we have to literally fight him to keep him still and finish his bottle. Also, his appetite seems to drop. He used to do 5oz,now 4oz and he doesn't finish it all the time.
I'm so worried,I don't know what to do. I don't want him to get malnurished or sick.
We are thinking to maybe change the milk only for him?kendamil maybe?or we might change the bottle and teat as well?
We've been using mam bottles since birth.
Has anything like this happened to anyone?😔😢

My boys definitely started to drink less/needed more support at around the same age. I changed to larger teats and that helped massively as the flow was too slow for them. Don’t worry, as long as he’s putting weight on and is happy ☺️ my boys are easily distracted so feeding them has never been super smooth or quick. Now they can feed themselves and will drink as much as they want - I feel your stress in the beginning! I was reluctant to change formula as it could upset their bellies, mine were on the same formula in the hospital, so I kept the same and just changed teat and keep an eye on their weight gain and that he’s not in discomfort☺️
