Bath/showers

Are you giving your toddler a bath in a infant/toddler bathtub or moved into the regular bathtub or shower your home has? I have some questions and ideas 😊. Also, what kind of shampooing and body wash are you using for your little ones?

I use aveeno because my toddler gets eczema really badly and we stopped using the baby tub before my daughter turned one and i usually give my daughter a shower only when she’s showering with me but i put her in a baby carrier though

Following,
I still use the infant tub which I need to transition to something else, it’s well overdue. Just hard bc we only have a stand in shower. Aveeno baby cleansing therapy is what my son uses for body wash and the shea moisture delicate skin and hair for shampoo.

We are using a normal tub now for him. He likes to move around and play with all his toys. We use aveeno shampoo and wash.

We only have one bath tub so that is the one we use. It’s just my husband and me, and our baby. I’ll make sure to deep clean once a week, but other than that I just rinse it out before his bath! I like to think we are fairly clean people! Lol. We just ordered a bath mat on Amazon so I’ll take it out after he takes a bath and only use it for his bath. We use the “Honest” brand body wash and lotion and like it because it’s so gentle!

We just use the tub/shower! We are still using the aveeno baby shampoo/body wash but she used big girl soap for the first time the other day🥲

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Hi ya'll

Is anyone else's 4 month old randomly screeching now? I'm not sure what to do and she's been doing this for the past two days. She's usually a quiet happy baby so im not sure why she's doing this now. Aby suggestions?

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
