How would you respond?

You walk into the kitchen from somewhere in the house. You hear your 2 year old son crying. You ask you husband where he is and he said garden. You go outside and find your son shut in the shed.
You ask your husband what’s going on and he said he shut the door as my son wouldnt leave the shed so he left him in there in the dark.
