Feeling really sad & confused 😢

I had my period 6 days earlier than usual, does this mean it's a failed pregnancy? ( It was pinkish redish in colour, which was a very unusual color for me).

Without a positive pregnancy test there’s really no way to tell. Periods can come early due to stress or other reasons it’s not always a sign of loss of pregnancy
