Pretty much the above, but since im excl breastfeeding and he’s only 6weeks so im trying to build my supply. I have had a pretty good supply, I know milk transfer is amazing.his weight is all good. But the days i bathe him he’s all too relaxed and sleepy, wakes up after longer and im just too cautious cuz its still early on n I want to go into a milk supply regulation thats good. I don’t know if im making sense here like i dont want my supply to drop before it regulates. And also sometimes he just sleeps for more than 3-4hrs. I really want to avoid having to pump unless absolutely necessary etc. im stressing because its sort of becoming regular now, everyday there’s a good stretch of sleep going hours before waking to feed. And if he’s sleeping its hard for me to wake up myself 😪
please tell me what to do? Am I overthinking it??

It sounds like you’re doing amazingly and there’s nothing you need to do. If baby is back at his birth weight, let him sleep. Your baby’s and body are very clever. The milk adjusts and regulates all the time depending on how much your baby feeds or needs. There’s some good information here:

My LO slept 8 hours at night from the first week. Only lasted until 3/4 month mark sadly.
But I had to wake LO up and go change diaper for LO to wake up enough to feed. I had to set an alarm at night for every 4 hours.
I let it go after the 4 weeks or so.
I never had a supply issue though.
Is there a reason you think you have a supply issue?
