2 month vaccines

How do I know when/if to give Tylenol after 2 month vaccines? Baby had his shots yesterday, was super sleepy yesterday and a little bit today though it was better. He did completely skip one of his naps today 🙃 no fever but he keeps falling asleep in my arms then waking up a few minutes later which isn't really like him. He's not really fussing either. FTM not sure what to do!

my baby got hers today she’s super super fussy i gave her tylenol

My daughter got her's yesterday. I gave her Tylenol because she had a slight fever and fussy. But I agree with Olivia. Only if you feel they are in pain or have a fever, then give it 👍🏼

My baby got his and was extremely hot to the touch but no fever and there was a knot in one of his thighs from the injection so I gave Tylenol every 4 hrs
