Hi 😊 Our girls are 4 weeks old and currently taking about 4–5 ounces every 4 hours. We’re hoping to gently introduce a longer stretch at night so we can all get a bit more sleep.
If anyone has routines or tips that worked for you at this stage. Thank you so much 💛

Definitely bath and night time lotion before last feeding helps a lot , make the late afternoon feedings a little smaller (4oz) so that last feeding they get in a bigger bottle 5 oz and when one would wake up, I wouldn’t automatically feed them unless they’re crying or screaming if they’re just squirming, I give them the pacifier and they fall back asleep. That’s how I taught my boys to not ask for milk every three hours at night out of habit instead of hunger.

But you’re doing great👍🏼 my boys are 17weeks and they are just now starting to sleep through most of the night and they didn’t start drinking 4-5 ounces until after about 12 weeks . And feeding at night will get easier and quicker after 3 months stay strong mama
