Ringworm or eczema?

Baby girl first had some dry patches like this on the back of her thighs and they disappeared and now she's got them on her arms near her elbow? Just small patches that you can't really see, only feel. Thinking it could be ringworm as one patch looks like this?

To me it looks more like eczema as ringworm is more pronounced. My son had eczema that looked like the picture and I’ve personally had ringworm. However I’m no medical professional so I’d advise taking her to be seen x
