How are you all combi feeding? I’ve not got into a specific routine with it I just do both. Mostly give breast on a night but I have been given him 4-5 oz every 3-4 hours and in between when he wants to ‘snack’ he gets boob but I think I’m over feeding him, the infant feeding team said breastfeeding babies can usually only take up to 120mls. And to offer boob before bottle but then how do I know how much formula to give him because he will just drink he doesn’t have a full switch 😩 then he will vomit it all back up
I feel like I need a proper routine for it but don’t know where to start

This is just what I do but there is no right wrong.
Breast all night.
Pump first thing.
Breast all day
Bottle before bed. Either breast or formula I don’t mind.
Baby still has a shallow latch so occasionally offer a bottle in replacement of breast if im sore.
It’s really whatever works for you!
My son would eat until he was sick too so I understand that can be difficult!

I do a bit of both too, but I go with bottles (of either formula or expressed milk) during the night cos it's so much quicker and then my partner can feed baby too (and I can attempt to sleep 😅).
I then breastfeed in the day approx 7am - 10pm (every bottle feed at night though I do pump), not sure if this helps!

We just bottle feed now since 4.5 weeks but we do 3 ounces every 3 hours alternating between breast milk and Formula so we usually do 4 breast milk and 4 formula just taking it in turns. I pump every 4 hours x
