My 3 month old has recently been diagnosed with CMPA. We attempted the milk challenge this morning and since then I have noticed this red rash behind both his knees. I know it’s not moisture as he’s not had a reaction in the last four weeks since being on Neocate. Can one scoop of cows milk formula cause this? There’s a significant family history of eczema which I’m pretty certain that it is that and has been flared up by the milk again. Anyone else have experience with eczema, and what did you use or do to help? Thank you

Considering it's an allergy I'm sure it's possible... if he's only 3 months old and has only been off cows milk for 4 weeks, why push cow milk so soon?

My daughter went through the same thing her pediatrician told us the more we push it the longer the allergy can potentially stick around. Wait a bit💕 we switched to allumenium then to nutramigen, we recently started her on small amounts of dairy and now shes doing a lot better with reintroduction

Also my daughter’s rashes would flare with milk exposure when she was younger.
