(Probably Tmi) Thrush but no symptoms

Had a vaginal swab as I'm under the pre-term labour consultant and it came back that I have thrush and have been subscribed a tablet and cream for it. I've had this before I know it is common in pregnancy but I've no symptoms at all so I'm suprised by this. Has anyone found out they have it without symptoms

I had a UTI without symptoms, slightly different, but they don’t like to leave even the smallest amount of bacteria to chance and always prescribe treatment for it in pregnancy

I imagine it’s similar with thrush, that your test came back that your PH balance was out of the norm, perhaps not enough yeast for it to be causing you symptoms but enough that it was detected

I’m sure very common with the huge hormonal changes we’re going through
