Avoid Tylenol as much as possible. That’s not even a fever. Just take Luke warm bath and she’ll be ok.

How old is the babes?

Rectal is the most accurate, so 99.5 isn't a fever rectally. I wouldn't give Tylenol unless she seems to be in pain

She’s 3 months

I dont give fever reducing meds until fever hits 100.4. Why this number? Bc thar is how high it needs to be for a child to be sent home from school/day care. Anything above is considered a true fever anything below is low grade and i let their immune system learn to fight hr off what ever they have before i intervene. Its good to help build an immune system response. Especially when little. Now if younger than 2 months dont give any meds go to er or gp for a fever no matter how small. They cant take Tylenol yet with md supervision
