Might be having a march baby instead
EDD was Feb 21 I’m now nearing 41 weeks. Seems like baby is too cozy and doesn’t want to enter the world yet. I’m not worried but also kinda sad that it’s possible I won’t have a Feb baby. Midwife suggested an induction next week (around 41&3). Def nervous about an induction. Would much rather go into spontaneous labour but if there’s one thing I’ve learned in pregnancy it’s that we really don’t have much control over the outcomes!

I went into labour and had my baby the day before my induction which was scheduled for 41+6.he was 11 days past the due date. You still can go into labour on your own.
My EDD was also Feb 21st! I ended up giving birth on Feb 25th after I had a membrane sweep done on Feb 23rd!
Don’t wait too long as the longer you wait the most risk there could be. Good luck no matter what 🫶🏼
At 41 weeks and no dilation, no contractions, I asked for a c-section as early as available.
I’m also 42 years old, so higher risk of placenta issues.
He was safely out the next morning at 41+1.
The OB who performed the surgery told me, “you made a very wise decision, there was absolutely no water [amniotic fluid] around that baby.” He couldn’t have stayed in any longer and wouldn’t have survived an induction.
