Honestly just reading something different has helped me. Like I read way too much "hero's journey" type books for a while and then got rescued by an anti-hero series!
I loved Dungeon Crawler Carl, which isn't one of your genres, but maybe sample a chapter and see if you're interested because it's different?
How To Raise Kids Who Aren't Assholes is an informative non-fiction that I found super relatable, if that's your type of non-fiction -- definitely not an auto-bio, but the author sprinkles stories about her kids throughout and has a sense of humor about how much of a trip it is to have kids 🙃

The bunny series by Mona Awad - equally weird and hilarious

Nocticadia by Kerri Lake!

I read the ornithologist field guide to love it's super cheesy but once you get through it it's really good!

Dark Matter by Blake Crouch.. it’s like sci-fi /drama.
