Private allergy testing
Hi! I was just wondering if any mums have possibly gone private for allergy testing for their little ones & can recommend who they went to!
My little one is 6 months old, we tried our first allergen (egg) and ended up with an a&e trip for a severe allergic reaction. We have epi pens & antihistamine at home but the wait list for the allergy clinic on the NHS is so long we won’t likely be seen until the end of the year! We obviously have a lot more allergens to try and I would rather know what allergies we have before we start trying as the last thing I want is for such a severe reaction again!
Any recommendations if you have been privately would be amazing 🫶🏽

We used my partner's health insurance to see someone st the spire in Redland - dr Thursby Pelham. She seems nice enough. Im not giving a glowing recommendation because we haven't done much with her but are getting allergy testing next week with her
