the moment i feel any mucus in my sinuses or in my chest/throat i start gagging. like it could be the tiniest amount but it will literally make me throw up. i have struggled with nausea and vomiting my entire pregnancy both times, but this is near unbearable. my gag reflex is hair triggered this pregnancy already, but we live in an old house where i wake up every single morning with a runny nose due to the factors of that, which causes mucus to get into my chest too, so i wake up almost every day on the verge of puking and if i am not careful when i cough or blow my nose to get it out, i also start gagging horribly and have to run to the bathroom. i’ve started handling this process IN the bathroom so there’s no issues of throwing up before i get there. literally miserable lol i’m 34 weeks now been dealing with it this whole time.

Yes, girl, I have an intolerance to mucus, unfortunately, it has lasted my entire pregnancy and I have no clue what to do for it. It is horrible!
It used to be just other people’s mucus would make me gag and throw up. But now even my own mucus sent me into a spiral..
