Single mum of 2 kids below the age of 3

I need help and I don’t know who to turn to, my partner of 4 years has split with me and told me I can stay here but I need to move out soon. I can’t apply for the council where I am as my UC is at another address (I had to do it this way so I could survive and pay off my bills and the kids stuff please do not judge me) and can’t go back to my old him as my family are all elderly. How do I get a place down in a different county
