Hi Mama's! I thought I saw someone ask this question already but can't find it. My ex and I are in I guess what you'd call a custody battle? When we broke up, and started discussing what will happen with the baby he started to leave paper trails of appearing like an involved father and he essentially just wants to "win". Nothing to do with the child... he has crazy requests that I don't agree with. I'm quite certain this is going to go to court but wanted recommendations on GOOD family lawyers in the GTA. Create a timeline of your relationship. Lawyers like this a lot
Then document the shit out of everything and align everything you with what's best for the child. Read the children's law reform act and Luke's place and divorce law if it applies but definitely the CLRA
