Dr suggested to wait for two years. Do u guys wait? I heard horror story that the uterus wall was so thin that u can see through the baby. I’m curious for anyone who has experienced a vbac. Please advise or share your experience, thanks 🙏🏻

My dr told me a year and I am currently pregnant due in September. Although they said Technically you could at 6 months they highly did not recommend it. So I started trying at 9 months but didn’t actually get pregnant until the cycle of 15 months PP.

Tbh everyone should wait because that is how long it takes the body to properly recover. For example- I’m 15 mo pp today. I went back to working our 6 weeks pp and stupidly ( even though I know better) went back to hard to soon. I kept getting injured. Now in the past month I have been having insane si joint and pelvic floor issues..I could not imagine being pregnant with them now.. so I’m doing some insane pt/ pelvic floor to recover.. I’m just saying goes to show at 15 mo I’m still dealing with stuff

For a vbac two years bc they want you to be fullly healed and it takes 2 years to fully heal from a c section. I don’t think if your opping for another c section it matters.

I had a C-section with my first and got pregnant with my second 3 months pp, not recommended of course but it went well, I have to wait a little bit longer for my third now for obvious reasons 🫣
